1994266367 | 2013-08-28 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | My inspection found the well in production. The well was equipped with a plunger lift unit and the proper identification sign. The tank battery contained a 210 barrel production tank and three separators. There were 7 day production charts at the separator. The dike was slightly weathered; however, it meets containment requirements. There were locked chain link fences surrounding the tank battery and well. The tank battery was shared with 2-3518. The proper identification was posted at the tank battery. There were plugs on the load lines. The lease road was in good condition with a locked gate at the entrance. This well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278. |
