It was surrounded by a locked chain link fence and had the proper identification sign. The tank battery contained one, 100 barrel oil storage tank, one, 50 barrel brine storage tank, and a separator. It had a well maintained dike. The proper identification sign was posted at the tank. The proper urban safety equipment was installed. There was a lock and bull plug on the load line. The lease road was in good condition with a gate at the entrance. I found that ODNR Inspection Steve Ochs performed a preliminary restoration on 9/21/2011. I noticed no visible spill or leaks. |
