0610436857 2013-11-04 Preliminary Restoration No Violations My inspection found the well in production. The well was equipped with a plunger lift unit. The tank battery consisted of two, 100 barrel production tanks, two, 50 barrel brine tanks, and two separators. The dike met containment requirements with a 4 PVC drain and cap. An identification sign was properly posted. There was a digital production meter on a 2 flow line near the separator. The tank battery location was shared with permit number 2-3854. The lease road was in good condition. The well site was graded. Vegetation was established around the tank battery. The area around the well was being farmed. The pits were filled and closed. All debris was removed. Drainage and erosion controls were in place.
