-up line is secure with a plug. An identification sign is posted. A deduct meter and 7 day chart dated 6/21/17 is installed on the sales line after the separator. The production tank has some rust pitting. The access road is in good repair with a Dominion Master Meter near the entrance. The equipment on site:

The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank, a 50 barrel brine tank, and a vertical separator. All of the production equipment spacing was in compliance. The dike met containment requirements. There was a 7 day production chart at the separator dated 3/4/2014. The proper identification sign was posted on the production tank. A bull plug was properly installed on the load line. The lease road was in stable condition. |
