My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit that was surrounded by a chain link fence. The tank battery was surrounded by a chain link fence, the proper dike, and contained one, 100 barrel oil storage tank with the proper lightning arrestor and low pressure relief valve, one 50 barrel brine storage tank, a separator, and the proper identification sign. I noticed no visible spills or leaks. The pits were closed and all debris removed. The site was graded and vegetation was growing. The well was completed on 10/22/2008. The lease road was in good working condition. |
