The well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly and the annulus and flow line valves were open. There was an identification posted at the well. There was no fencing around the well; however, the well was located approximately 400 feet from the nearest private residence and over 1,400 feet from Warner Road in a clearing surrounded on three sides by trees. The diked tank battery has three storage tanks and a separator. The pick-up lines are secure with plugs and the handles have been removed from the valves.
