PAC needs to: 1) Correct the identification sign to be in compliance with 1501:9-9-05(E)(1)(a-e) at the tank battery with: Well owners address and phone number Property street address or nearest address to the access road entrance. 2) Raise the fencing around the tank battery or use low profile tanks to be in compliance with 1501:9-9-05(E)(4)(f). 3) Install urban safety equipment on the production tank as required by 1501:9-9-05(E)(4)(b-e): Activated charcoal filters. Functioning lightning arrestor. 4) Install the fencing around the well. |

There was a locked chain link fence with 3 strand barb wire surrounding the tank battery. The production tank was 3 foot above the top of the fence. There was no landscaping at the tank battery.

My inspection found the well was equipped with a plunger lift unit (rabbit) that was in good condition. The tank battery was surrounded by a chain link fence, shared with permit number 2-3975, and contained two 210 barrel oil storage tanks, one 50 barrel storage tank, a separator, and the proper identification. I noticed no visible spills or leaks. The lease road was in good condition. There are no violations at this time. |
