1360936482 | 2013-01-08 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I responded to a compliant from the Liberty Fire Department for the smell of natural gas. I was asked to investigate all of the wells along Loganway Avenue from Twin Oaks Drive to Route 80. I called Jason Caldwell at 330-340-6238. I instructed him to send their well tender, Rusty, out immediately to inspect all of the production equipment and the wellheads. Also, I told him to walk the sale and flow. My inspection found no leaks or spills and no natural gas smell. All of the production equipment was operating appropriately. Rusty walked the sale and flow line and found no leaks. A total of 6 wells were within the affected area; all belonging to PAC Drilling. The permit numbers for the other wells where 2-4014, 2-4013, 2-4012, 2-3882. I spoke to the Cathy Macchione at the Fire Department and told her of my finding. |
