The tank battery was comprised of one 140 BBL tank, one 50 BBL tank and a mechanical separator. Also present within the diked tank battery was a Dominion East Ohio master meter. Valves on the separator were open and the chart showed production. The tank battery was surrounded by a chain link enclosure. Legible identification was present at the tank battery. The lease access was stable. |
