I told PAC a follow-up inspection would be completed by February 19, 2016. |

No landscaping at the tank battery was present. The access roads to the well and tank battery are stable. The access road gate to the tank battery was not waived during the pre-site inspection. The access road to the well and separator is currently being used as a drive for the campground. |

Functioning low-pressure relief valve. Tank hatch lids shall have a functioning seal and the hatch shall be secured at all times.
