0399932698 2016-04-08 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found an 8 X 4 inch wellhead and a 4 X 2 inch wellhead, operated by a pumping unit with an electric motor. The valves are in the open position. The tank battery is made up of one 100 bbl. tank and a vertical separator, all in an earthen dike. A recording gauge is on site. The tank is properly identified, the production reporting is up to date and there are no violations at this time.
0427548128 2015-05-15 Production Wells No Violations On the date of inspection I found production equipment to include a 100bbl tank, vertical separator, drip, and a 2 inch meter run. The well is equipped with a pumping unit, 2.375 inch tubing, 4.5 inch casing on slips, and surface casing. The tubing valve is in open position, identification is present, and production records are current through 2014.
0730597733 2018-04-25 Production Wells No Violations Upon arrival on location, I witnessed the well was equipped 8.625 inch diameter casing, 4.5 inch diameter casing, 2 inch diameter tubing, and a pumping unit with an electric motor. One of two valves were open on tubing and both valves were closed on casing. Production equipment included a steel 100 barrel tank, vertical separator, and a chart recorder equipped a 2 inch by .250 inch orifice plate within an earthen dike. The proper identification was in place and production report was up to date.
