1368036416 2013-05-01 Production Wells No Violations Arrived on location for an inspection to see if well is in production. I found well is equipped with a pumpjack and an electric motor. Lease road has approximately 4 inches of water flowing over it. Check production reports which show well is being produced. No violations at this wellsite this date.
1729530012 2017-10-17 Production Wells No Violations On the date of my inspection, I found an overgrown lease road leading to a wellhead equipped with a pumping unit, rods, 2.375 inch tubing, and 4.5 inch casing. There is an identification sticker on the power pole adjacent to the pumping unit. The tubing and casing are tied into a 2.375 inch production line with both valves open. There are pressure gauge on the tubing reads 150 pounds per square inch. There is an area in front of the wellhead approximately 6 feet by 8 feet that is covered with a layer of a thick black substance. Quantabs did not indicate any chloride contamination. Production equipment is shared with permit 34-157-2-1115 and includes two vertical separators, two 100 barrel tanks, one 210 barrel tank with an identification label, and a larger tank of unknown size (possibly 400 barrels). There is no dike around the tanks. Production records are current. I spoke with Mr. Lampe regarding both of these wells and he indicated that they are no longer tied into any sales lines and only used for the farm.
