The casing valves was in the open position. The production equipment included two steel 100 barrel tanks, a plastic 50 barrel tank,and a horizonal separator within an earthen dike. A chart recorder with a 2 by .500 orifice plate was located across the creek. The production report was up to date and proper identification was present. |
