The valves were open on the casing and on the tubing. Domestic gas was being supplied off the 4.5 inch casing. Production equipment included a steel 100 barrel tank inside an earthen dike, a vertical separator, and a chart recorder with a 2 by .250 orifice plate. The production report was up to date and proper identification was present. |

The well was capable of production and equipped with 4.5 inch casing, 2.375 inch tubing and a plunger lift system with valves open on the flow line. Also present near the well was a vertical separator. Identification was present and production records were current. |
