On the day of my inspection I found a 4 1/2 inch diameter casing, 2 3/8 inch diameter tubing and rods operated by a pumping unit with an electric motor. There is gas bubbling through water at the wellhead. I cannot determine where it is coming from the 8 5/8 inch diameter casing is under ground. The production equipment is made up of one 100 bbl. steel tank, a horizontal separator. The tank is properly identified, and the production reporting is up to date.
