| 0887502237 | 2016-12-23 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I found a 4 1/2 X 1 1/2 inch wellhead. The well is operated by a plunger lift system. The valves are in the open position. The tank battery is made up of one 100 bbl. tank, a horizontal separator, in an earthen dike, and a recording gauge. The production reporting is up to date and the tank is properly identified. The wellhead has a small gas leak I contacted Bill Barns with EnerVest to make repairs. |
