| 0140614054 | 2019-03-12 | Production Wells | No Violations | Upon my arrival on location, I witnessed the well was equipped with 8.625 inch diameter casing, 4.5 inch diameter casing, and a 4.5 inch diameter concoil plunger lift. The well was shut in at the time of the inspection. The production equipment included a steel 210 barrel tank, a vertical separator, and a chart recorder with a 2 by .375 inch orifice plate within an earthen dike. The production report was up to date but has not showed production since 2015. Proper identification was present. |
| 1067266492 | 2016-07-06 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I found the well equipped with 8 5/8 inch diameter casing, 4 1/2 inch diameter casing, and a 4 1/2 inch diameter valve on top, operated by a Jet Star system. The valve was in the off position. The production equipment is made up of one 210 bbl. steel tanks, a concrete vault, a vertical separator, a recording gauge, all in an earthen dike. There is some cleanup needed around the concrete vault. I will contact Bruce Levengood with Sound Energy to start the cleanup. The well is properly Identified, and the production reporting is up to date. |
