The valves on the tubing and on the casing were in the open position. The production equipment included a steel 210 barrel tank, a vertical separator and a chart recorder with a 2 by .125 inch orifice plate within an earthen dike. The earthen dike area was being shared with the Edwards 2 (2353) and the Edwards 3 (2393). The production report was up to date and proper identification was present. |
