| 0707312107 | 2019-06-03 | Production Wells | No Violations | Upon my arrival on location, I witnessed the well was equipped with 4.5 inch diameter casing, 2.875 inch diameter tubing, swaged down to a 2 inch diameter valve. This is a swab well. Domestic gas was being supplied off the casing. The production equipment included a steel 100 barrel tank, a horizonal separator, and a chart recorder with a 2 x .250 inch orifice plate. The production report was up to date. The identification decal was present but faded badly. I will call the well owner about the decal. |
