1921402230 2018-05-22 Production Wells No Violations Upon arrival on location, I witnessed the well was equipped 4.5 inch diameter casing and a 4.5 inch concoil plunger lift system. The valve was open on the casing. Production equipment included a steel 100 barrel tank, a concrete vault, a vertical separator, and a chart recorder with an 2 inch by .500 inch orifice plate within an earthen dike. The production report was up to date and proper identification was present.
