The valve on the casing was open. This is a swab well. Domestic gas was being supplied off the separator. Production equipment included a steel 70 barrel tank, a steel 50 barrel tank, a vertical separator, and a Mercury meter within an earthen dike. The production report was up to date and proper identification was present. |

The tank is properly identified, the production reporting is up to date, and there are no violation at this time. |
