0089970764 2014-04-29 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection following up complaint id# 4677 and NOV-525334940, I witnessed that the clean-up was completed at the wellhead. Debris, identification and small amount of contamination remained inside of the dike. I spoke with Bill Arnholt of Northwood Energy and he stated that the issues would be resolved in the allotted time. The well was capable of production and it was equipped with 4.5 inch casing; 1.5 inch tubing and a plunger lift system. The production equipment included a 100bbl tank, a concrete brine vault not in use, a horizontal separator, a drip and a compressor unit all within an earthen dike.
0188996089 2014-05-12 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection following up complaint id# 4677 and NOV-525334940, I witnessed that a swab rig was on site, repairs have been made to the 4.5 inch production casing with identification present, contamination cleaned up and debris removed from outside dike. NOV-525334940 is resolved.
0525334940 2014-04-24 Production Wells Violations Noted A complaint was called in concerning said well after a plunger lift catcher had broken causing a light oil mist to cover ground impacting a 4 foot x 25 foot area around well and to the east of well head. Upon arrival I met with the well tender and roustabout who had started clean up. They were instructed to remove contaminated grass and place more absorbent peat down around well head. Upon inspection of the well it was equipped with 4.5 inch casing; 1.5 inch tubing and a plunger lift system. The 4.5 casing has a band clamp on it which needs repaired. The production equipment included a 100bbl tank, a concrete brine vault not in use, a horizontal separator, a drip and a compressor unit all within an earthen dike. Identification was present but not correct and production records were current and meet the minimum requirements. There was contamination around the brine vault and debris which needs to be cleaned up inside and outside the dike. The owner/operator shall properly identify well with correct information, remove debris, repair band clamp on 4.5 inch casing, clean-up contamination inside the dike and as instructed complete the clean-up at the well head.
1430398424 2015-04-30 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found a 8 X 4 wellhead and a 4 X 1.5 inch wellhead, operated by a plunger lift system. The tank battery is made up of one 100 bbl tank, a horizontal separator, and a recording gauge, and a concrete volt. All in an earthen dike. The tank is properly identified, and the production reporting is up to date. There are no violation at this time. The complaint and the NOV was closed by Inspector Doug Bennett On 05/12/2014.
1544794058 2018-12-14 Production Wells No Violations Upon my arrival on location, I witnessed the well was equipped with 4.5 inch diameter casing, 1.5 inch diameter tubing, and a plunger lift system. The tubing and the casing valves were in the open position. The production equipment included a steel 100 barrel tank, a concrete vault, a horizonal separator, and a small natural gas compressor within an earthen dike. The production equipment was being shared with the Watson 1 (2583) and the Watson 2 (2582). A Roots meter system was across the road, with a domestic gas hookup coming off the sales line. The production report was up to date and proper identification was present.
1773015750 2014-05-05 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection following up complaint id# 4677 and NOV-525334940, I witnessed that a service rig was on site pulling the 1.5 inch tubing. Repairs will begin on the 4.5 inch casing in the morning and then the 1.5 inch tubing will be re-installed and the well will be put back online.
