The valve on the tubing was open. This was a swab well. The production equipment included a steel 100 barrel tank, a steel 50 barrel tank, and a vertical separator. The tanks were inside an earthen dike. Domestic gas was being supplied off the separator. The production report was up to date and proper identification was present. |
