1489210316 | 2017-08-21 | Production Wells | No Violations | This is a producing plunger lift well. The well produces only house gas. There were no problems noted at the time of the inspection. |

1510756838 | 2017-11-13 | Plug / Plug Back | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was to witness plugging operations. Baker Well, Petroset, and Red Hill Development were on location. Baker Well Service had the bottom of the 1.5 inch diameter tubing set at 4611 feet and Petroset pumped a 400 foot bottom plug with 30 sacks of class A cement. Baker Well tripped the 1.5 inch diameter tubing from the well and tripped back inside the 4.5 inch diameter production casing with the Jar and Stem tool to rip the 4.5 inch diameter casing. The 4.5 inch diameter casing was ripped at 3564 feet in depth, 313 feet within the big lime formation. |
1528381078 | 2018-05-24 | Final Restoration | No Violations | Upon arrival on location to do final restoration inspection, I witnessed miscellaneous pipe and fittings and a tank ladder laying on location. The earthen dike had not been leveled. Domestic gas line was still hooked to a drip inside dike. Made a phone call to well owner about this situation. |
2055507616 | 2019-05-09 | Final Restoration | No Violations | Received a phone call from Art Baker of Red Hill, about the reclamation of this well. Upon my arrival on location, I witnessed Red Hill employees filling the lines with cement. They had the 8.625 inch diameter casing exposed to the depth of 48 inches below ground level. They cut the casing off at 36 inches below the ground level and placed a metal identification plate on top of the casing. They will now backfill the hole around the plugged well and reclaim the rest of the location. They will remove the remaining production equipment from the site. They will to talk to the landowner about the status of the lease road. They will finish up by seeding and blowing straw on the reclaimed area. |
