The valves on the tubing and on the casing were open. Production equipment included a steel 50 barrel tanks, a horizonal separator, and chart recorder with a 2 by 1 inch orifice plate within an earthen dike. There was a steel 100 barrel tank sitting outside the earthen dike, along the lease road unhooked. The production report was up to date and proper identification was present. |
