| 1258768690 | 2019-01-28 | Production Wells | No Violations | Upon arrival on location, with the ground covered with snow, I witnessed the well was equipped with 8.625 inch diameter casing, 4.5 inch diameter casing, 1.5 inch diameter tubing, and a plunger lift system. The valves on tubing and on the casing were open. Production equipment included a steel 100 barrel tank, a GPU unit, and a chart recorder with a 2 by 1 inch orifice plate within an earthen dike. Domestic gas was being supplied off the 4.5 inch casing. The production report was up to date and proper identification was present. |
