The valve was open on the well. This is a swab well. Production equipment included a steel 100 barrel tank, a steel 50 barrel tank, a horizonal separator, and a chart recorder with a 2 by .250 inch orifice plate within an earthen dike. The production report was up to date and proper identification was present. |

The well is a swab well. A horizontal separator and a 100 bbl tank, a 30 bbl brine tank that needs removed. The tank is properly identified and the production reporting is up to date. The tank looks to have a small leak. I am in the process of contacting Tipka. |
