The valves on the tubing and casing were open. Domestic gas was being provided off the 4.5 inch casing. Production equipment included a steel 210 barrel tank, a vertical separator, a buried 30 barrel steel tank, and a chart recorder with an 2 by 1 inch orifice plate within an earthen dike. The production report was up to date and proper identification was present. |
