The 4.5 inch valve on the casing was in the open position. Domestic gas was being supplied off the 4.5 inch casing. Production equipment included a steel 100 barrel tank, a steel 50 barrel tank, a horizonal separator, and chart recorder with a 2 by .250 inch orifice plate within an earthen dike. The production report was up to date and proper identification was present. |
