The valves were open on the tubing and on the casing. Production equipment included a steel 100 barrel tank, a steel 50 barrel tank, a horizonal separator, and chart recorder with a 2 by 1 inch orifice plate within an earthen dike. The production report was up to date and proper identification was present. |
