The valves on the tubing and on the casing were open. The production equipment included a plastic 50 barrel tank, a steel 100 barrel tank, a horizonal separator, and an American Meter within an earthen dike. The metering system was enclosed in a 8 foot by 8 foot metal building. The production report was up to date and proper identification was present. |
