The valves were open on tubing and one of two valves were open on casing. Production equipment included a steel 210 barrel tank, horizonal separator, domestic gas and a chart recorder equipped a 2 inch by 1 inch orifice plate within an earthen dike. The production equipment was being shared by another well. The proper identification was in place and production report was up to date. |
