| 0916023330 | 2018-10-10 | Production Wells | No Violations | Upon arrival on location, I witnessed the well was equipped with 8.625 inch diameter casing, 4.5 inch diameter casing, 1.5 inch diameter tubing, and a plunger lift system. The valves on the tubing and on the casing were open. Production equipment included a steel 140 barrel tank, a horizonal separator, and chart recorder with a 2 by 1 inch orifice plate within an earthen dike. The well and the production equipment had a chain link fence around them. The steel 140 barrel tank was being shared with the Fisher 2 (4427). The production report was up to date and proper identification was present. |
