| 0375784792 | 2018-08-01 | Production Wells | No Violations | Upon arrival on location, I witnessed the well was equipped with 4.5 inch diameter casing, 1.5 inch diameter tubing, rods, and a pumping unit operated with a natural gas motor. The valves were open on tubing and on the casing. Production equipment included a steel 210 barrel tank, a concrete vault, a horizonal separator, and a chart recorder with a 2 by .250 inch orifice plate within an earthen dike. The earthen dike area was being shared with the production equipment of the Conotton Land Co. 3 (3764). The production report was up to date and proper identification was in place. |
