| 1533692468 | 2018-08-06 | Production Wells | No Violations | Upon arrival on location, I witnessed the well was equipped with 8.625 inch diameter casing, 4.5 inch diameter casing, 1.5 inch diameter tubing, and a plunger lift system. The valves were open on the tubing and on the casing. Domestic gas was being supplied off the 4.5 inch casing. Production equipment included a steel 210 barrel tank, a steel 100 barrel tank, a horizonal separator, and chart recorder with a 2 by .750 inch orifice plate within an earthen dike. The production tanks were shared by the Albaugh 3 (4022) and the Albaugh 2 (3775). The separator and recorder were being shared with the Albaugh 3 (4022). The production report was up to date and proper identification was in place. |
