| 0352619088 | 2018-09-25 | Production Wells | No Violations | Upon arrival on location, I witnessed the well was equipped with 4.5 inch diameter casing, 1.5 inch diameter tubing, and a plunger lift system. The valves on the tubing and on the casing were open. Production equipment included a steel 100 barrel tank, a horizonal separator, and a chart recorder with a 2 by .750 inch orifice plate within an earthen dike. The earthen dike was being shared with the Newton-Garber Unit 2 (5317) and Newton-Garber Unit 1 (5316). The production report was up to date and proper identification was present. |
