The valves were open on the casing and on the tubing. Production equipment included a steel 210 barrel tank, a plastic 50 barrel tank, a horizonal separator, and a chart recorder with a 2 by 1 inch orifice plate within an earthen dike. The production equipment was being shared with the Richards 1 (3785) and the Richards 2 (3784). The production report was up to date and proper identification was present. |
