1317224172 2011-09-26 Production Wells Violations Noted Arrived on location and found well in production and landowner using wellhead gas for house. I checked production reports and they show none reported for 2009 and 2010. Within 30 days, place well into production or apply for a plug permit.
1406310846 2014-07-25 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found 4 1/2 inch casing with a valve on top and a plug in the valve. The well is idle and it appears the property owner is using gas off of the well. A 100 bbl tank that is properly identified in an earthen dike. An NOV was issued on 9/26/2011. To this date no action by the owner has happened.
1544130387 2018-09-25 Production Wells No Violations Upon arrival on location, I witnessed the well was equipped with 4.5 inch diameter casing with a 4 inch valve. The valve to the salesline was closed on the casing. This is a swab well. Domestic gas was being supplied off the 4.5 inch casing. Production equipment included a steel 100 barrel tank and a concrete vault within an earthen dike. The production report was up to date but has not showed production since 2012. Proper identification was present.
