| 2022137573 | 2018-09-14 | Production Wells | No Violations | Upon arrival on location, I witnessed the well was equipped with 8.625 inch diameter casing, 4.5 inch diameter casing, 1.5 inch diameter tubing, and a plunger lift system. The valves on the tubing and on the casing were open. Production equipment included a horizonal separator, a steel 210 barrel tank, a concrete vault, and a chart recorder with a 2 by 1.250 inch orifice plate within an earthen dike. The earthen dike area was being shared with the Demuth 2 (3940). The production report was up to date and proper identification was present. |
