The valves on the tubing and on the casing were open. Production equipment included a horizonal separator, a steel 210 barrel tank, a concrete vault, and a chart recorder with a 2 by 1 inch orifice plate within an earthen dike. The earthen dike area was being shared with the Demuth (3939). The production report was up to date and proper identification was present. |
