| 0648587429 | 2018-05-11 | Production Wells | No Violations | Upon arrival on location, I witnessed the well was equipped 8.625 inch diameter casing, 4.5 inch diameter casing, 1.5 inch diameter tubing, and a plunger lift system. Domestic gas was being taken off the wellhead. The valves were open on tubing and one of two valves were open on the casing. Production equipment included a steel 210 barrel tank, a steel 50 barrel tank, and a horizonal separator within an earthen dike. The production report was up to date and proper identification was present. |
