John Smith call and stated that he would like the well on his property inspected. On arrivals on location I found a 210 bbl tank and a plastic 30 bbl tanks. The tanks were not hooked up to any pipeline. There was not a separator on location. The well was made up of a 4 X 1.5 inch wellhead, operated by a plunger lift system. The well was idle, all the valves were in the off positon. The last production was reported in the year of 2001. I talked with Greg Mason with NGO and advised him of the complaint and also that they have 180 day to plug the well, and that they need to properly identify the tanks, if they are going to continue to be on location. |
