| 2025896331 | 2018-07-24 | Production Wells | No Violations | Upon arrival on location, I witnessed the well was equipped with 8.625 inch diameter casing, 4.5 inch diameter casing, 2.375 inch diameter tubing, rods, and a pumping unit operated with an electric motor. The valves on the tubing were open and closed on the casing. Production equipment included a steel 210 barrel tank, a horizonal separator, and a chart recorder within an earthen dike. The pumping unit and the production equipment both had chain link fence around them. The production equipment was being shared with the Ervin 1 (4532) and the Ervin 3 (4566). The production report was up to date and proper identification was in place. |
