The well was shut in at the time of the inspection. Production equipment included a steel 210 barrel tank, a horizonal separator, and a chart recorder within an earthen dike. The well and the production equipment both had chain link fence around them. The production equipment was being shared with the Ervin 2 (4533) and the Ervin 1 (4532). The production report was up to date and proper identification was in place. |
