| 1294300889 | 2016-05-18 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I found an 8 5/8 X 4 1/2 inch wellhead and 4 1/2 X 1 1/2 inch wellhead operated by a plunger lift system. The valves are in the open position. The tank battery is made up of two 100 bbl. tank, two vertical separators, and a 30bbl. plastic brine tank, and a recording gauge, all in an earthen dike. The tank battery is shared with well, 34-157-2-4654. The tank is properly identified; the last production was in the year of 2011. There are no violations at this time. |
