The valve was open on the tubing and on the casing. Production equipment included a steel 210 barrel tank, A steel 30 barrel tank, a horizonal separator, and a chart recorder with a 4 by .250 inch orifice plate within an earthen dike. The production report was up to date and proper identification was present. |
