The valves on the tubing and on the casing were open. Domestic gas was being supplied off the casing. Production equipment included a steel 210 barrel tank, a plastic 50 barrel tank, horizonal separator, and chart recorder with an 2 by .750 inch orifice plate within an earthen dike. The production report was up to date and proper identification was present. |
