| 1058361743 | 2019-05-15 | Production Wells | No Violations | Upon my arrival on location, I witnessed the well was equipped with 4.5 diameter casing, 2.375 inch diameter tubing, rods, and a pumping unit powered by an electric motor. The valves on the tubing and on the casing were open. Domestic gas was being supplied off the casing. The production equipment included a steel 210 barrel tank, a plastic 50 barrel tank, a vertical separator, and a chart recorder with a 2 x .325 inch orifice plate within an earthen dike. The production equipment was being shared with the Mizer 7 ( Permit # 5307 ). The production report was up to date and proper identification was present. |
