Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1386020514 2019-04-15 Production Wells No Violations Upon arrival on location, I witnessed the well was equipped with 4.5 inch diameter casing, 2.375 inch diameter tubing, rods, and a pumping unit powered by a natural gas motor. The pumping unit was running at the time of the inspection. Production equipment included a steel 210 barrel tank, a vertical separator, and a chart recorder with a 2 by .250 inch orifice plate within an earthen dike. The earthen dike area was being shared with the production equipment of the McCarty 2 (5074 and the McCarty 3 (5076). The production report was up to date and proper identification was present.
