The valves were open on tubing and the casing. Production equipment included a steel 210 barrel tank, a plastic 50 barrel tank, a vertical separator, and a chart recorder with a 2 by .375 inch orifice plate within an earthen dike. The production equipment was being shared with Levengood 3 (5070). The production report was up to date and proper identification was in place. |
